Ether and the ETH/BTC ratio
Ether underperformed Bitcoin by 4.7 percentage points. One ETH now buys 0.03014 BTC, against 0.03167 at our last wrap. The ratio is a quick read on appetite for risk beyond Bitcoin: it tends to rise when money moves into smaller assets and fall when it retreats to Bitcoin.
Market breadth
16 of the other 49 large coins beat Bitcoin this week. Bitcoin held up better than most of the market, a sign that traders favoured the largest asset this week.

How this wrap is made
Every figure here was calculated by CoinPulseHQ from CoinGecko market data recorded on October 11, 2026 at 14:00 UTC. Stablecoins and wrapped or staked versions of other coins are left out of the rankings. Weekly changes compare with the price seven days earlier. This wrap is generated from data and describes what prices did, not what they will do. It is not financial advice.
