Content Guidelines

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Scope

These Content Guidelines apply to all material submitted to CoinPulse HQ for publication, including press releases and guest contributions. They sit alongside our Editorial Policy, which governs independently reported journalism. Submitting content to BitWorld Media INC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States (Reg. no. 806442908) constitutes acceptance of these guidelines.

What we accept

We publish company announcements, funding and partnership news, product launches, protocol upgrades, research findings, market commentary and regulatory developments. Submissions should be factual, clearly written and relevant to digital assets, blockchain or financial markets.

Formatting requirements

Submissions should be supplied as plain text or a standard document format, between 400 and 1,200 words, with a headline under 90 characters and a one-sentence summary. Include the issuing organisation, dateline and a named media contact. Images must be supplied separately at a minimum width of 1200px, and the submitter must hold the rights to them.

Prohibited content

We will not publish material that: promises or guarantees investment returns; promotes unregistered securities offerings, fraudulent schemes, Ponzi or pyramid structures, or fake giveaways; makes unsubstantiated medical, legal or financial claims; contains hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or content targeting minors; infringes third-party intellectual property; impersonates a person or organisation; or contains malware, phishing links or deceptive redirects.

Restricted categories

Submissions relating to gambling, high-leverage trading products, token presales, airdrops and yield-bearing offerings receive additional scrutiny and may be declined or require added risk language. We do not accept content aimed at residents of jurisdictions where the promoted product is prohibited.

A reasonable number of relevant outbound links is permitted. Links to malicious, deceptive or unrelated destinations are removed. We reserve the right to apply appropriate link attributes to paid placements in line with search engine webmaster guidance.

Review and editing

Every submission is reviewed by our PR Desk before publication. We may edit for grammar, clarity, length, house style and legal risk without changing the substantive meaning. We may add risk or disclosure language where required. Material changes are communicated to the submitter before publication where practicable.

Labelling and disclosure

All paid and press release content is clearly and conspicuously labelled as such, consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements and disclosures. Paid content carries a standing disclosure stating that CoinPulse HQ has not verified its claims and does not endorse the products or services described.

Right to reject or remove

We reserve the absolute right to decline any submission, or to amend or remove published content, where it breaches these guidelines, exposes us to legal risk, or is later found to be inaccurate or deceptive. Where content is removed for breach, fees are handled under our Payment Policy.

Accuracy and responsibility

The submitting party warrants that its content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and that it holds all necessary rights and approvals. The submitter remains solely responsible for the claims made and indemnifies BitWorld Media INC against claims arising from them.
